Rating Competitions
Step-by-step guide for organizing and conducting rating competitions in cable wakeboarding + convenient downloadable checklist
For a wake park, rating competitions are an opportunity to attract out-of-town athletes and spectators to the park, who may later become clients, attract media attention and make noise on social networks.

Riders need rating competitions during the season to score points before the National Championship and Championship. The more points an athlete scores during the season, the more advantageous position they get in the Championship start list. Also, based on the results of rating competitions, athletes are awarded sports titles.

The higher the competition rating, the more points athletes can score. The competition rating of 1, 2, 3 or 4 stars is determined depending on the competence and number of judges and on what type your wake park is: reversible or full-size circular.
